Industrial projects like Duqm demand exactly the certified electricians, welders, riggers and operators that command premiums everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The quiet build<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oman rarely makes the Gulf&#8217;s labour headlines &#8211; no single giga-project spectacle, no tournament deadline. But the region&#8217;s labour market veterans have learned to watch the quiet builds.
