Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated L2 Non-Aviation Response Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers in the non-aviation industry. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong problem solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of the non-aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers in the non-aviation industry. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner. • Diagnose customer issues and provide solutions in a professional manner. • Research customer inquiries using available resources such as product manuals, online resources, etc. • Document all customer interactions in the company’s database. • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution provided. • Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support when necessary. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company. • Assist other departments as needed with special projects or tasks related to customer service or technical support.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required. • 2+ years of experience providing technical support or customer service in a fast-paced environment required. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required. • Strong problem solving abilities required. • Knowledge of non-aviation industry preferred but not required.
