We are looking for a motivated and reliable Hospital Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital premises, including patient rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions accurately.
Responsibilities: • Cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other areas of the hospital according to established standards • Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors • Dusting furniture and fixtures • Washing windows and mirrors • Disinfecting surfaces such as countertops, sinks, toilets, etc. • Replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. • Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste properly • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures • Maintaining a clean working environment at all times
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
