We are looking for an experienced and passionate Live Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and instructions • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Monitor food quality and presentation standards • Follow health and safety regulations when preparing food • Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and cost control • Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly manner • Work collaboratively with other cooks to ensure efficient kitchen operations • Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and sales
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a live cook or similar role in the hospitality industry • Knowledge of various cooking techniques (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) • Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Good communication skills • A valid Food Handler’s Certificate is preferred
