We are looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and other related appliances. • Inspect plumbing systems for leaks or other issues. • Diagnose problems with plumbing systems and identify appropriate solutions. • Repair or replace worn or defective parts such as washers, valves, pipes, faucets, etc. • Install new fixtures such as sinks and toilets. • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges. • Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing systems. • Follow health and safety standards when installing or repairing plumbing systems. • Keep records of maintenance activities on each job site.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in plumbing preferred. • Proven experience as a plumber with at least 5 years of experience in the field is required. • Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing is essential. • Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately is essential. • Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary for this role. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
