We are looking for an experienced Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Ensure that all areas of the facility are kept clean and tidy at all times • Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors as needed • Empty trash cans throughout the facility • Clean restrooms, including restocking supplies as needed • Clean windows, mirrors, walls, furniture, fixtures, etc. as needed • Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately • Follow all safety protocols when using cleaning supplies or equipment • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred • Previous experience in a similar role preferred • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Excellent customer service skills • Strong attention to detail
