We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Waitress/Barista Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Waitress/Barista Trainer will be responsible for providing training and guidance to new and existing waitstaff and baristas. This includes teaching proper customer service techniques, demonstrating proper food handling procedures, and providing instruction on the use of coffee machines and other equipment. The Trainer will also be responsible for developing training materials, conducting regular staff meetings, and evaluating employee performance.
The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Previous experience as a trainer is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational skills.
This position requires the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. The successful candidate must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
