We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commi 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong work ethic. As a Commi 3, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, as well as ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed.
Responsibilities: • Assist the Head Chef in preparing meals according to established recipes and standards • Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking of supplies • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained • Assist with menu planning and recipe development • Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process • Follow proper sanitation procedures when handling food items • Adhere to all safety protocols while working in the kitchen • Other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management team.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred • At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen environment required; experience as a Commi 3 preferred • Knowledge of food safety regulations required • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
