We are looking for an experienced and passionate Live Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and instructions • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Monitor food quality and presentation standards • Follow health and safety regulations when preparing food • Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and cost control • Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly manner • Work collaboratively with other cooks to ensure efficient kitchen operations Requirements: • Proven experience as a live cook or similar role in the hospitality industry • Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to follow instructions accurately as well as take initiative when needed • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school degree is preferred
