    Job Title: L2 AVS (Audio Visual Support)

    Job Summary:
    We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable L2 AVS (Audio Visual Support) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for audio visual systems, including but not limited to video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, and other related equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audio visual systems and be able to provide excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for audio visual systems, including but not limited to video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, and other related equipment.
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide solutions to their problems.
    • Install new audio visual equipment as needed.
    • Maintain existing audio visual equipment by performing regular maintenance checks.
    • Troubleshoot any issues with the system or hardware components.
    • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments as needed.
    • Create user manuals and training materials for customers on how to use the system properly.
    • Work with vendors to ensure that all hardware components are up-to-date and functioning properly.
    • Keep up-to-date on new technologies in the industry in order to provide the best possible service to customers.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required.
    • At least 3 years of experience working with audio visual systems or related technology is required.
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing is essential.
    • Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and efficiently is essential.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is necessary for success in this role
