Job Summary: The L3 WCA is responsible for providing strategic workforce capacity planning and analysis to ensure the organization’s staffing needs are met. This role will analyze current and future staffing needs, develop strategies to meet those needs, and provide recommendations to senior management. The L3 WCA will also be responsible for developing and maintaining workforce capacity models, forecasting future staffing requirements, and providing data-driven insights into the organization’s workforce capacity.
Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain workforce capacity models to forecast future staffing requirements • Analyze current and future staffing needs to identify gaps in the organization’s workforce capacity • Develop strategies to meet those needs, including recruiting plans, training plans, and other initiatives • Provide data-driven insights into the organization’s workforce capacity • Monitor trends in the labor market to identify potential opportunities or risks related to staffing levels • Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives related to workforce capacity planning • Prepare reports on current and projected staffing levels for senior management review • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to workforce capacity planning • Stay up-to-date on best practices in the field of workforce capacity planning.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in a similar role required; experience in a large organization preferred • Proven track record of developing successful strategies for meeting organizational staffing needs • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret data accurately • Strong communication skills with an ability to present complex information clearly • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
