Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Standby Response Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations and providing assistance in a timely manner. You will be expected to remain on call 24/7 and respond quickly when needed. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to think on your feet, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities: • Remain on call 24/7 and respond quickly when needed • Provide assistance in emergency situations • Follow safety protocols and procedures • Maintain accurate records of all activities • Monitor security systems and respond appropriately to alarms or other alerts • Assist with the evacuation of personnel in emergency situations • Provide first aid or CPR if necessary • Assist with crowd control during emergencies or other events • Report any suspicious activity or potential threats to the appropriate authorities • Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment used for response activities
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred • Previous experience in emergency response preferred • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Excellent communication skills • Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
