We are looking for an experienced HR Admin to join our team and help manage our human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and other related activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also have strong communication skills and be able to work with a variety of people. The HR Admin will report directly to the HR Manager and will work closely with other members of the HR team.
Responsibilities: • Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers • Manage onboarding processes for new hires • Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies • Process payroll accurately and on time • Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, procedures, etc. • Assist with performance management processes such as performance reviews • Monitor attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies • Develop training materials for new employees • Participate in special projects as needed Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role or similar position • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
