Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and branding efforts. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, monitoring analytics, and engaging with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of the latest social media trends.
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness • Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. • Monitor analytics to track growth and engagement • Engage with customers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency • Manage campaigns across multiple channels • Monitor competitors’ activities on social media platforms • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing strategies
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role • Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) • Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools such as Google Analytics • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
