We are looking for an experienced Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
The Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in the restaurant, bar, and banquet areas. This includes setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and cleaning up after guests. The Steward must also ensure that all areas of the restaurant are kept clean and organized at all times.
Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a friendly manner and take orders accurately • Set up tables with appropriate tableware and linens • Serve food and drinks in a timely manner • Clear tables quickly after guests have finished their meals • Clean up spills or messes immediately • Ensure that all areas of the restaurant are kept clean and organized at all times • Assist with other duties as assigned by management • Follow health and safety regulations at all times Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred • Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to stand for long periods of time
