We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: • Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes • Ensure that all drinks are served in accordance with health and safety regulations • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, including washing glasses, stocking supplies, and cleaning spills • Monitor customer alcohol consumption to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements • Provide excellent customer service by engaging customers in conversation and responding to inquiries in a timely manner • Process payments accurately and efficiently • Follow all safety protocols when handling food or beverages • Assist with inventory management as needed • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred • Previous experience as a bartender preferred but not required • Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, mixology techniques, and food pairings • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
